Airport to Hotel Transportation:
 
Transportation from the airport to your hotel is not included in the hotel's rate. In select destinations, you may be given the option to quote and add airport transfers at the same time you process your hotel reservations. If you would like to add the optional airport transfers, simply select the add-on and print both reservation coupons. Please ensure you have your flight information including flight number and arrival and departure times handy and be sure to select the appropriate airport as transportation may be available from several different airports serving your vacation destination. If you would like to make reservations for airport transfers at a later date, you may do so by selecting the 'Airport Transfers' option located in the main menu. Driving directions from Cancun International Airport:

Take the exit road out of the airport and travel approximately 2.4 kms. (1.5 miles) to the Highway 307 overpass. Please note that there will be an exit ramp to go South 307 on the right just before the overpass; take your first right before the overpass and travel along this road for approximately 15 minutes until you see the overhead sign for Puerto Morelos. When you reach the light (there will be a Pemex gas station on your right), continue traveling straight through the light and travel further south approximately 20 minutes towards Playa del Carmen. The entrance to Caracol Village is not accessible from Highway 307 southbound. Therefore, watch for a residential development on the left side of the highway named Las Glorias. After passing Las Glorias, you will need to stay in the left lane and proceed to the next 'U' turn. After making the 'U' and heading north, you will see the entrance to Caracol Village just ahead on your right. Take a right into the entrance and travel along this access road for approximately 3 kms. to the hotel's lobby entrance. Approximate travel time is 30 to 35 minutes from the airport.
