El Embarcadero: Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style with tableside beverage service, this restaurant is located steps from the Activities pool with views of the beach. Dinner themes change nightly and the cuisine alternates between Mexican, Italian, Mediterranean, BBQ, Caribbean, Asian and other International themes. The Village Wok: Located at the edge of the beach with sweeping views of the ocean, this Asian-inspired restaurant serves ala Carte Asian dishes and Hibachi service with indoor and outdoor seating in an intimate atmosphere. Reservations required. Open 6:00pm - 9:45pm.

Il Piacere: This gourmet Italian restaurant is illuminated by candlelight and sounds of a cascading wall water sculpture that help set the mood for romance. Reservations required. Open 6:00pm - 9:45pm.

Bellavista: This open-air beach and poolside restaurant serves a variety of daytime snacks and lunch. Once the sun goes down, the casual venue transforms into a romantic, gourmet restaurant serving a selection of fresh seafood specialties. Reservations required for dinner. Open for snacks and lunch 12:00pm – 4:00pm and dinner 6:00 - 9:45pm.

Las Margaritas: Centrally located, this open-air venue offers early morning continental breakfast service, Mexican dinner served buffet-style and late snacks. Open for continental breakfast 6:00am – 7:00am, dinner 5:00pm – 11:00pm and late snacks all night long.

Las Margaritas: The heart of the resort, this open-air bar is located centrally between the front lobby, the entrance to El Embarcadero Restaurant and surrounded by walkways leading to the pools and beach making this “the” trendiest place to mingle and see-and-be-seen. This large airy, space offers plenty of seating including several outdoor four-poster social beds to mix and mingle. Open 5:00pm – 1:00am.

Nice Shoes: Once the sun goes down, the excitement heats up at this open-air bar located by the sports pool where the “Cast Members” lead guests in exciting and spiced-up interactive activities along with nightly entertainment with adult fun. Open 9:30pm – 1:00am.

L’Alternative: Two billiards table, four large-screen, flat panel TV’s and a large dance floor round out this fully equipped indoor, air conditioned sports bar. Open 6:00pm - 1:00am.

Diego's: This open-air, swim-up bar is in the center of the excitement; connected to the Activities Pool and overlooking the beach. Open 10:00am – 6:30pm.

Bikini: An ideal social hangout, this open-air bar is located adjacent to the Quiet Pool and Bellavista Restaurant and just steps from the beach. Open 10:00am – 9:30pm.
